Doucett Family Makes Waves

Doucett family and friends have been wonderful supporters of Shake-A-Leg Miami. Everyone who knows Gary knows how much enjoyment he gets from being out on the water.  This August, David, Nina, Wyatt and Suzanne Kurtis joined us for a sail on the fully accessible Impossible Dream sailboat when it visited Newport Harbor.  

Shake-A-Leg Miami gives people like Gary with spinal cord injuries and other disabilities the opportunity to go sailing, kayaking, fishing and to take part in other community events.  Additionally, Shake-A-Leg welcomes hundreds of children and their families who would otherwise not have access to the joyful and health-enhancing activities they offer throughout the year.
