Brianna's Barracuda Band Needs Your Help!

I'm writing to ask for your support for my high school marching band program, the Coral Reef High School Barracuda Band. As you may know, I play flute 🪈 in the band, and this is a cause that means so much to me because it’s given me a creative outlet that allows me to express who I am in a way that is both personal and shared with others. The people I've met in band have become my second family. The impact goes beyond just the music—it’s about building relationships, creating memories, and finding meaning in something larger than yourself.

The Barracuda Band Magnet is one of the most prestigious high school music programs in Miami, but our beloved Band Program needs your help!

With many of our school instruments being over 22 years old, the program is in great need of large-scale instrument upgrades and replacements, as well as funding for transportation, uniform and equipment maintenance, and guest lecturers. 

In April 2025 my band has the honor of being invited to perform in “The President’s Cup” National High School Concert Band Festival in Washington D.C. We are honored to be invited to participate in this event and we are looking for your help to enable these hardworking and talented students to get to go on this trip.

• $25 helps us clean and maintain our marching uniforms

• $50 helps provide transportation to football games, competitions and festival performances

• $100 helps us host clinicians and guest artists to raise the performance level through the musicianship of professionals

• $250 helps us provide routine doctor visits to our largest instruments

• $500 helps us replace ancient instruments that are older than our parents
