Healthy Relationships for everyone!

Relationships are such a core part of being human and so many people don't realize that you do have control over your relationships and the power they actually have. 

Broken relationships can lead people to cycles of abuse, fight or flight, and trauma. Healthy relationships are healing, fulfilling, and lead us to make the healthiest decisions in every aspect of our lives. My only wish is for everyone to have access to these life-changing tools. I can proudly say I let go of the negative behaviors, practiced heart skills for myself and my community and I am now in the healthiest relationship I have ever been in. I was lucky to have learned about healthy relationships in my workplace that has changed my professional and personal outlook on my life.
