Alia's Rad Fundraiser

Dear Friends,

I joined Radical Partners 9 years ago because I believe in the power of social innovation. Social innovation is only possible when leaders running social impact organizations, whether businesses or nonprofits, are cared for, supported, connected, and empowered.

Everything I do as Senior Director of Growth is aimed at mobilizing resources to do just that: equipping our team to invest in the leaders taking risks to make Miami better — from serving low-income communities to protecting LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights and powering social justice movements. It’s my favorite part of the job.

We are a small but mighty team of six women who dedicate the majority of their waking hours to making Miami a more just, equitable, collaborative, and healthy place for everyone who calls this city home.

For 9 years, I’ve been behind the scenes of this campaign. This year, I’m sharing my personal fundraising goal because Give Miami Day is a unique opportunity to raise precious general operating dollars for our team.

I hope you will invest in us so we can keep showing up and doing what we do best: investing in leaders, engaging locals, building coalitions, and co-designing innovative solutions that strengthen our community collectively, in Miami and beyond.
