Alia's Rad Fundraiser

Dear Friends,

I joined Radical Partners nine years ago because I believe deeply in the power of social innovation. True social innovation happens when the leaders driving social impact—whether in nonprofits or businesses—are cared for, supported, connected, and empowered.

As Senior Director of Growth, my work centers on mobilizing resources to do exactly that: equipping our team to support the courageous leaders taking risks to improve Miami; whether by fighting climate change, defending LGBTQ+ and immigrant rights, or advancing social justice movements. This is, without a doubt, my favorite part of the job.

We are a small but mighty team of six women, dedicating most of our waking hours to making Miami a more just, equitable, collaborative, and healthy city for everyone who calls it home.

For nine years, I’ve worked behind the scenes on this campaign. This year, I’m stepping forward to share my personal fundraising goal because Give Miami Day offers a unique chance to raise vital general operating funds that sustain our team’s work.

I hope you will join me in investing in Radical Partners so we can keep showing up, investing in leaders, engaging local communities, building coalitions, and co-designing innovative solutions that strengthen Miami and beyond.
