O, Miami builds community around the power of poetry.
Year-round O, Miami operates as a publisher, collaborator, and valuable education organization, creating opportunities for connecting through poetry and providing free resources for families, students, and teachers (including free poetry instruction in four languages to Miami’s multilingual student population, especially in underserved neighborhoods).
In April the fruits of that work are celebrated with our ambitious, inclusive, and experiential monthlong O, Miami Poetry Festival. With over 40 projects & events driven by empathetic ingenuity, April 2026 will mark the 15th year of this irreplaceable platform for the artistry and connections propelling our community.
