As advocates for the betterment of our community and the continuation of education through the Arts, we award S.H.I.N.E. Ambassador Grant/Scholarships and Good Neighbor Awards to those whose ingenuity and creativity set them apart making a difference in our community.

SH.I.N.E. Ambassadors:
2016 Ana Sophia Patricios and Carlos Talavera for The Rainbow Connection-a musical revue that raised money and awareness that benefitted LGBTQ homeless youth
2017 Miami Childrens Theater- a grant to support scholarships so that all children can participate in musical theater
2019 Andrea Pena and Sawyer Garrity for SHINE MSD- created a healing place through the arts to help those in Parkland deal with violence
2020 The Overtown Optimist Club-supporting 12 exceptional H.S. Seniors with laptop donations to continue to successfully complete their stay at home education during the pandemic

Inspired by the Oprah Live the Life you Want conference in 2014, we recreated for the Greater Miami community a high vibration, energy icon event that is based on service to encourage spreading the energy of love and empowerment through inspirational speakers, sharing talents, and networking with incredible people to EMPOWER LOVE, NETWORK, CONNECT, CREATE, INSPIRE, SHINE. A networking event with music, entertainment, and inspirational workshops, raffles, performances, and donation drive to support S.H.I.N.E. Ambassador Scholarships!

Not only do we gather a local community to raise the energy and positive vibration through opportunities to network with movers and shakers, but with this inspiration, our non-profit has set up educational scholarships to benefit young innovative leaders who have made a difference in our community through acts of inspired service using their talents. We collaborate to make a difference that has a ripple effect into the future.
