Educational Assistance
A quality education can open doors of opportunity that breaks the cycle of poverty and improve the quality of life for families.

Equipped to Learn: Through our "Equipped to Learn" campaign, students are provided with the essential school supplies and/or uniforms they need. This year we've partnered with the Miami Gardens Police Dept and Walmart for a "Shop with a Cop" event to help students jump start the new school year. Pinnacle of Hope has distributed over 2,500 backpacks filled with school supplies and assisted with school uniforms as needed.

Scholarships Program: In January of 2019, we established the "Scholars of Hope Scholarship" to foster the development of under-served high school seniors who dream of furthering their education. Six students from low-income families were awarded a Scholars of Hope Scholarship to assist with college. In 2020, scholarship assistance will be available for students in need in Haiti.

Community Outreach & Development
Families are the fabric and foundation of our society and assist families in need we collaborate with local agencies in Miami-Dade and with non-governmental organizations in Haiti to ensure that families have the resources and the tools for change they need to overcome barriers.

Twelve communities and over 3,500 individuals and families have been recipients of our outreach and development through our community events. Assistance provided but not limited to food, clothing and some monetary funding based on need and availability. Referrals for additional social service are provided as needed.

International Outreach: Each year we focus on an area to impact through our Mission's Outreach to Haiti. Summer camps are held for hundreds of children and outreach is conducted to the youth prison, nursing home and primary schools to provide food, educational assistance and toiletry kits as needed. Medical clinics are also held to provide free access to care and medicine.
