Every day, I meet people who carry stories of pain, survival, and resilience.

At the Trauma Resolution Center, I’ve seen how trauma can break someone’s spirit, but I’ve also witnessed the incredible power of healing when compassion, care, and community come together. This work is deeply personal to me. It’s about more than therapy or programs, it’s about restoring dignity, rebuilding lives, and reminding survivors that they are not alone. Mission

The mission of the TRC is to build human resilience by facilitating the resolution of traumatic events and teaching tools to relieve stress. The main services of the agency include client-centered, individual trauma-specific facilitation, support and psycho-educational groups. Our holistic services include proven practices for relieving stress and building resiliency such as acupuncture, massage, breathwork, yoga, and meditation.

We are considered experts in trauma and domestic violence and provide court evaluations and expert testimony for refugees and victims of violence. Community Resiliency programming includes training community members in simple, but powerful stress relief techniques. We provide training in our agency model to other agencies, healers and mental health professionals.
