Every year, thousands of women return home from incarceration facing barriers to housing, employment, and safety. Many are survivors of gender-based violence and primary caregivers navigating reentry with limited support.
The Ladies of Hope Ministries (The LOHM) is a national organization led by justice-impacted women working to end the incarceration and poverty of women and girls. Through programs like Hope House, Pathways 4 Equity, Grow with Google, and our Rapid Rehousing program, we provide housing, workforce training, leadership development, and trauma-informed support.
Our Rapid Rehousing program helps women and families escaping homelessness and gender-based violence find stability, safety, and community. From transitional housing to economic empowerment, we ensure that every woman has the tools and support to rebuild her life.
We envision a world where every woman returning home has the freedom, dignity, and opportunity to thrive.

The Ladies of Hope Ministries (The LOHM) creates pathways for justice-impacted women and girls to thrive by providing housing, economic mobility, education, food, leadership development, and advocacy. We work to dismantle the systems that perpetuate poverty, incarceration, and gender-based violence (GBV) while amplifying the voices of women directly impacted by these injustices .
