Rdevia began as a small seed planted in Miami—founded in 2015 by Marquise M. McGriff, M.A., CCSP, during his first year at Florida Memorial University, an HBCU with a proud legacy of resilience and excellence. From those humble beginnings, we’ve grown into an ever-evolving movement, empowering Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and the communities they serve.

HBCUs have always been more than schools—they are catalysts for change, producing leaders and innovators who shape industries and uplift communities. At Rdevia, we believe that the legacy of HBCUs belongs to everyone. Their success strengthens our society, fuels opportunity, and creates a better future for all.

Though Miami is and will always be our home, our impact extends far beyond. Across 20 states and through partnerships in Ghana, the U.K., and beyond, we:
