Our Mission

Pace Miami provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy. We believe every girl deserves the chance to find her voice, achieve her potential, and live a life defined by responsibility, dignity, serenity, and grace.

 Our Vision

We envision a world where all girls and young women are safe, have economic security, and enjoy equal opportunities to thrive.

 Our Impact: Reach Therapy Program

Pace Center for Girls Miami has been serving girls and young women for the past 11 years. We are showcasing our Pace Miami Reach therapy program as we are committed to bringing mental health services to Miami Dade County.  Our Reach Therapy Program offers individual, group, and family counseling and therapy in community-based settings for girls ages 11–17. Through safe and trusting therapeutic relationships, we address mental health challenges and empower girls to overcome barriers, set goals, and succeed.

Pace is nationally recognized for reducing recidivism and improving school success, employment, and self-sufficiency. Esteemed organizations such as the Annie E. Casey Foundation, Children’s Defense Fund, and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention have acknowledged our model. The Edna McConnell Clark Foundation and the Social Innovation Fund recognize Pace as the only program of its kind in the country.

Together, we can create a future where every girl has the tools, support, and confidence to succeed. Thank you for being part of our journey!
