Miami Workers Center builds power with working-class tenants, workers, women, and families in Miami-Dade County. Through leadership development and grassroots campaigns, we seek to transform our workplaces and neighborhoods to win the respect, rights, and resources we all deserve.

Educate Through popular education, we train our members and communities on our rights as workers and tenants and the power of solidarity.

Lead We develop leaders from the grassroots to equip those closest to the problems and solutions to lead, organize, and advance collective action.

Organize We organize with working-class tenants, workers, women, and families in Miami-Dade County.

Campaign We run member-led campaigns to win the rights, respect, and resources we all deserve.

Care We cultivate a community of working-class women of color in our journeys to heal and transform our lives.
