Miami Wonderland, Inc. has identified the special-needs industry as its primary interest and to that end the company has focused its efforts on the development of a two in one special-needs family entertainment center (SNFEC) to provide quality special-needs family entertainment activities to the communities in the South Florida Tri-County area.
People want an experience, adding that the keys to providing successful experiences are authenticity, fun, and participation. Americans have money to spend and will spend it on entertaining themselves. In fact, statistics show that people in the United States spend more on entertainment than on health care or clothing.
Quality family entertainment is the focus of Miami Wonderland, Inc. The construction and commercialization of our park is factored into the initial development phase detailed within. The company's proposed SNFEC will be designed to provide the type of family entertainment and adventure the current market demands for the special-needs population.
The proposed site is a 20 -40 acre land parcel in Miami-Dade or Broward County, to break ground in 2025.

We are looking to raise approximately 40 million dollars to create this park. This will include the purchase of land for the park, all the rides and equipment within the park, park and parking lot lighting, tennis courts and our events center. We will also have a main building for our full-time, intern and volunteer employees. 4 ADA restroom facilities, as well as ensuring all our facilities follow ADA guidelines, 75 disabled of 200 parking spots. A video surveillance security system and an armed off duty police officer to ensure the park is not vandalized or damaged when it is closed for business. We also plan to utilize several green products to keep energy and as much of our monthly and yearly costs down as much as possible. We will incorporate a rain retention system, a dirty water filtering system and solar panels in the park.
