Jessie Trice Community Health Foundation

This year, we have 5 target donor areas:

• The Dr. Fatima Zafar Medication Assistance Fund- this fund was established to assist uninsured/underinsured patients with chronic illnesses obtain medication for diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma and anaphylaxis history. The goal is to improve health outcomes by decreasing financial barriers to obtaining needed medications.
• The Annie Neasman Scholarship Fund - this fund was established to support high school seniors pursuing a degree in the field of science.
• Healthcare/Health Provider Sponsor- this fund was established for donors interested in sponsoring a patient, group of patients, health care provider or community health worker. This can be area specific.
• Annual Toy Drive- donors can provide monetary support or drop off a toy to the JTCHS corporate office. This fund is established to provide toys to children of all ages during the Christmas Holiday season. Our goal is to support at least 1000 families by helping put a gift under their tree.
• The Jessica Clyne Fund- this fund was established to continue the rehabilitative work for the women of Reaves House that are being treated for substance use. Support is provided clinically, emotionally, and professionally. Our counselors help the women of Reaves House to be better prepared to go back into the world 'clean'. This includes clothing, interview preparation, apartment/home purchasing and so much more!
