International Studies Charter Middle and High School (ISCHS) is a top-ranked, tuition-free public charter school in Miami serving grades 6–12. Recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Top High Schools in the nation, ISCHS is dedicated to preparing students for success in college, careers, and life as global citizens.

Founded through a partnership with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the Spanish, French, and Italian Embassies, and their respective Chambers of Commerce in 2004, ISCHS offers students a unique opportunity to graduate with both a U.S. diploma and an international diploma, opening doors to universities across the United States, Europe, and beyond.

French Program: Accredited by the French Ministry of Education from 6th grade (6ème) through 12th grade (Terminale), ISCHS is a proud member of the AEFE (Agency for French Education Abroad). Students take official French examinations including the Brevet (at the end of 9th grade) and the French Baccalauréat (at the end of 12th grade), providing them with internationally recognized qualifications.
Italian Program: Approved by the Italian Consulate and Miami-Dade County, this program (established 14 years ago) prepares students from 6th–12th grade to sit for the AP Italian Language test, one of the requirements for admission to Italian universities.
Spanish Program: Approved by the Spanish Consulate and Miami-Dade County, this program (also established 14 years ago) awards students a prestigious double diploma—the U.S. high school diploma and the Spanish “Título de Bachillerato”—giving them access to higher education opportunities across Europe.

International Studies Charter School teaches students to think and behave as citizens of the world, make decisions with integrity, and graduate with a sense of purpose. International Studies Charter School was established to serve the needs of the community by offering a multi-lingual, multi-literate, and multi-cultural curriculum, preparing students to be thoughtful, educated members of a global society.
