Through investigatory testing we are able to root out discriminatory property owners and property management companies alike, we have forced hundreds of owners and management companies to change their discriminatory policies and practices holding them accountable to the Fair Housing Act as well as any other Federal, State and Local Laws. We are opening the doors to equal and fair housing to millions of disenfranchised individuals. We are providing major food distributions in underserved communities (considered food deserts), job skills training and placements, career development, and other valuable resources to include, but not limited to; major vaccination distributions, rental assistance, educational resources on tenant housing rights as well as legal referrals. And we have flooded the South Florida community with personal protective equipment (PPE) consisting of; millions of face masks and air filtration systems to combat the coronavirus.
