Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami’s youth engagement and community outreach programs reflect our ongoing dedication to building bridges within our community by making world-class contemporary ballet accessible to all. Professionally led by Artistic Directors, Jennifer Kronenberg & Carlos Guerra, along with DDTM's dedicated Company dancers, these initiatives bring meaningful arts experiences directly to youth and families across Miami-Dade. Our programs include high-energy classes and workshops, lecture-demonstrations, artist-audience conversations, and live performances featuring curated selections from our diverse and culturally rooted repertoire.
Each season, DDTM reaches thousands with these activities, thanks to our longstanding partnerships with Miami Youth Ballet, Miami Dance Hub, Ballet Vero Beach, and most notably - the Dennis C. Moss Cultural Arts Center. Further assisted by Culture Shock Miami, and the Miami-Dade County Public Schools Cultural Passport Program, entire school groups journey into into the theater with us to experience the excitement and joy of live professional dance. For many students, these performances mark their very first time inside a theater.

Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami’s mission is to engage and unite the community through the production and presentation of affordable world-class ballet performances and outreach programs, reflective of the cultural vibrancy of Greater Miami. We focus on commissioning new works that balance tradition with innovation and nurture diversity within classical dance; while cultivating informed audiences for contemporary ballet, and fostering equitable professional opportunities for local dancers and choreographers.
Founded in 2016 by former Miami City Ballet principal dancers Jennifer Kronenberg & Carlos Guerra, and lauded by the local and national press, DDTM's performances reflect the colorful spirit of Miami, boldly disrupting antiquated classical traditions in the spirit of advancing the art-form's accessibility, and creativity.
