Coastal Boxer Rescue of FL, Inc. is not for profit organization dedicated to rescuing abused, abandoned and neglected boxers and securing them forever homes.
We serve the areas of Miami-Dade County, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Brevard & Volusia county (located along Florida’s southeastern coast).
Funds are used for the continuation of our rescue mission to find homes for the innocent boxers, who are unwanted, neglected, abandoned in shelters, strays from the streets, surrendered due to different circumstances, in need of extensive medical care and that come to us, of all ages (from puppy to many seniors). The funds raised, are utilized for our current foster and hospice boxers (for which we provide all their medical, boarding, training, etc). These contributions will also allow us to continue offering our help and services to future boxers in need.
Our goal is to place our rescue boxers into approved, safe and loving adoptive homes. Our volunteers screen all homes before placing any dog by completing vet checks and home visits. We help many boxers, on average, we rescue over 100+ boxer dogs per year. We also have no paid staff members and are totally run by dedicated volunteers, from the love they have for the animals. So our non-profit rescue depends solely on donations (like this great event) from our supporters, since the adoption fees alone do not cover all the expenses, we incur for each pet.
