The Center Stage Magnet Dance Booster Club, aims to raise awareness for the dance division's activities, to foster and promote goodwill and school spirit, and to support the dance magnet at South Miami Middle Community School. We strive to contribute to the advancement and needs of the dance department by seeking funds to be focused on new and innovative opportunities for the students, student programs, and activities. We also provide food for the dancers when they have after school performances. We also sponsor the dance magnet's end of the year party where the dancers have a chance to celebrate their accomplishments with each other. We purchase gift for our 8th grade dancers and recognition awards for the all the dancers. All proceeds that we collect go directly back to the dancers and the dance department.
Mission
The Center Stage Dance Magnet Booster Club is a 501c3 non-profit organization that exists to develop and promote the growth of the Dance Magnet Program at South Miami Middle Community School. The club helps to further the dance interests and experiences of all Magnet dance students. It is comprised of a group of parents that work together to assist the Dance Director with fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and organizing special events.
