Community Connections For Life

Community Connections for Life Community Mental Health Center is a Non-for-profit 501(C) 3 Community Mental Health Center, designed to address the various needs of low-income families living with mental illness in South Florida. We believe in aiding those we serve with love, compassion, and respect.

Community Connections for Life, CMHC emerged from the dire need for quality mental health services in our underserved local communities of color. Our organization provides a vast array of services to individuals, ages 5 and up, living with severe and persistent mental illness. Services include Behavior Modification Groups for children and adults, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Targeted Case Management, and Counseling services. These services are provided at our community mental health center, public and private school settings, and in the community, with the goal of enhancing the level of functioning of our clients with wrap-around services that will not only treat their symptoms but treat the whole person in a therapeutic, warm, exciting and safe environment.
