Casa Familia is celebrating its ten-year anniversary, an Exceptional Journey: A Decade in the Making.
This year, our very first residents will move into The Village of Casa Familia, South Florida’s first enriched, affordable housing community with features, amenities, and services designed to benefit adults with Intellectual, Developmental, and Other Related Disabilities.
We celebrate this milestone with immense gratitude for every person, partner, and dreamer who helped turn this vision into reality.
Now, we begin the next defining chapter: The Residences. Four thoughtfully designed homes that fulfill our promise to include individuals who require more supportive services.
Casa Familia is more than housing. It is belonging. It is security. It is the peace of knowing your loved one will have a home today, tomorrow, and long after we’re gone.
