Thanks to your ongoing commitment, we have been able to fulfill our mission of connecting our community to the natural world โ inspiring children, families and lifelong learners to explore, protect and marvel at South Floridaโs unique coastal ecosystems.
As we look ahead, weโre preparing for our upcoming Give Miami Day 2025 on Nov 20th (Early Giving opens on Nov 15th).
With your continued support we can expand our scholarship offerings, deepen our outreach to underserved youth, and strengthen our programs in the face of increasing challenges.
Thanks to YOU:
โข Our Summer by the Sea camp weeks (led by marine biologists, naturalists and counselors) have given children ages 7-12 immersive nature and arts experiences โ kayaking, snorkeling, paddle-boarding, Seagrass Adventures, and earning their Junior Naturalist certificate.
โข Our โFor Kids Onlyโ programs โ including the Junior Naturalist Earth Keepers Club โ have engaged more than 500 students from over 30 schools in Miami-Dade and Broward counties in hands-on marine science, beach clean-ups, water-pollution monitoring and shark/squid dissections.
โข Our public & family excursions โ from guided seagrass bed explorations to hammock hikes in the Bear Cut Preserve โ continue to serve large numbers of families eager to connect with our fragile shoreline habitats and help underserved children access an unparalleled opportunity.
โข Because we keep admission free and rely on donor support and memberships, the Center remains accessible to all, preserving the legacy of lifelong stewards for nature.
Your contributionsโwhether as a member, a one-time donor, a program sponsor or simply someone who believes in our missionโhave made all of this possible.
Weโre deeply grateful for all you have already doneโand we invite you to stand with us once more on Nov 20th for Give Miami Day 2025 (Early Giving opening Nov 15th). Together, we can ensure that future generations โ the explorers, the naturalists, the artists ยญโ continue to learn from and protect the coastline, mangrove forest, seagrass meadows and diverse life that make our region so extraordinary.
With sincere appreciation and hope for what weโll accomplish together,
