Your Gray Matters Inc

Your Gray Matters, Inc., was created by marketing industry veterans in response to a real problem: men in the advertising, marketing and creative industries are past their shelf life at 55. Women have it even worse. Many are considered "too old" by 50. Our plan is simple but effective:

👍 Work with volunteer PR and ad agencies to create campaigns that will bring the problem to the front burner and show age discrimination for what it is: the last socially-acceptable form of discrimination, and one that costs society billions

👍 Make it professionally and socially unacceptable to discriminate against anyone based on their age

👍 Give older workers resources to improve their skills as well as access to friendly recruiters
