Workforce Readiness Advancement & Placement (WRAP) is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to empowering youth (ages 16-25) from underserved communities to achieve financial independence by breaking the cycle of poverty and securing meaningful employment. In addition, WRAP focuses on high potential youth who face barriers to access to long term employment. Created on the foundation of best practice models, the organization provides participants with the tools and support needed to overcome these challenges and achieve their full potential in the workforce and in life thus producing productive members of society. Our comprehensive programs focus on providing targeted skills development, in-depth career exploration, and comprehensive professional readiness training.
