Together Happy and Forever Foundation Corp

Together Happy & Forever Foundation is a vital 501 (c)(3) faith-based nonprofit organization that builds

healthier marriages and families, helps restore broken relationships, and strengthens our

communities. Established in 2004, the organization’s tools, implemented by well-trained Mentors,

emphasize conflict resolution, and character development that promotes a change of habits and behaviors

that sustains a positive and productive lifestyle. Supporting the development of self-confidence,

healthful living, good judgment, and character, Together Happy & Forever Foundation provides many

struggling individuals and families with a thorough foundation for future success.

Learning life principles and values along with healing from within, have always been strong components

of the organization. Founded by Luis & Hannia Fernandez, the organization was conceived and organized

to address the negative social impact from broken families, abandoned children, and the crime

resulting from toxic relationships in communities around the world; and to assist in the successful

restoration of family relationships as well as to foster a healthy a positive environment.
