The Light Preparatory Academy (TLPA) is the first and only Montessori STREAM school in Miami-Dade County. Servicing children in the Miami Gardens area, TLPA gives hope to our students by preparing them for their promising future. With a focus on the whole child, from ages 2 and up, students will be ready to seize tomorrow by developing habits of creativity, inquiry, real-world problem-solving, critical-thinking, resiliency, teamwork, and social awareness, all taught through a uniquely designed STREAM-cubed framework.
We equip and empower children to realize their God-given potential because we believe each student is a creative genius with unique gifts, talents, and abilities that contribute to their development into world leaders.
