The SEED School of Miami is South Florida’s only college-preparatory, public boarding school for students in grades 6-12. With the gift of time, SEED provides a transformative wraparound experience for students, in a safe and nurturing environment that sets them on a path to success—both in college and life!

• A Unique Mission: SEED Miami was designed for students who most need a 24-hour learning environment. We serve a diverse group of future leaders, many of whom are first-generation college-bound students, from South Florida’s most under-resourced communities.
• Holistic Support: SEED offers so much more than academics. Students live in college-inspired dorms, nutritious meals, have access to medical and mental health services on campus, and experience opportunities that broaden their horizons.
• Around-the-Clock Care: Our staff, including 4 full-time licensed Mental Health Counselors, are available 24/7 to ensure that every student feels supported and empowered.
• Commitment to College Success: SEED students begin working on their college journey in the sixth grade. Through our College Transition & Success program, SEED is a college completion model. SEED alumni receive individualized support from 12th grade through college graduation, helping them find the right college fit and thrive while there.
• A Well-Rounded Experience: At SEED, it’s about more than the classroom. Our students have access to a range of enriching athletics programs, arts, and exposure opportunities. From learning teamwork on the field, to building confidence on stage, to engaging in field trips and mentorships that inspire their future, SEED students are prepared to chase their dreams in every way.

100% of SEED Miami Graduates have been accepted into 2- or 4-year collegiate programs. Thanks to the unique SEED Model, SEED Network graduates are out-performing their peers. SEED graduates are 5x more likely to graduate from college than a child with a similar demographic.
