The South Florida Board of Realtist Foundation, Inc., established in 1996, was created to complement the mission of the Realtist by advancing the vision of Democracy in Housing throughout our communities.
Our work is centered on creating and supporting programs that:
Expand access to affordable and equitable housing in minority communities.
Promote financial education and literacy to empower individuals and families.
Drive stabilization and economic growth in underserved low- to moderate-income neighborhoods across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties.
Rehabilitate and develop properties to restore pride, safety, and opportunity in LMI communities.
Through strategic partnerships and community-driven initiatives, we are committed to building wealth, strengthening families, and improving quality of life for residents across South Florida.

The purpose of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers® is to enhance the professional and business conditions of NAREB® Realtist® members by strengthening the consumer capacity of Black, minority, and emerging target market segments that Realtists® serve. And by promoting the real estate industry in general, utilizing economic, political, legal, and social leverage to remediate disparate and discriminatory housing and property ownership policies and practices prevailing in the United States.
