When a Jewish family loses someone they love, ShirAnit steps in to help carry the practical burden. Our volunteers prepare shiva homes with care and dignity, providing low chairs, prayer books, mirror coverings, food, and other essentials so families can focus on what matters most: mourning, remembering, and being together.

Behind every setup is something bigger than supplies. It is a message to a grieving family: you do not have to do this by yourself.

As more families learn about ShirAnit, the need for our support continues to grow. To be there when the next call comes, we need more trained volunteers, more supplies, more equipment, and the capacity to respond quickly and compassionately.
