Raza Mentors Inc

Raza Mentors is the only non-profit of its kind in Miami-Dade County with the single objective of providing mentoring and scholarships to underprivileged youth from farmworker families in the Homestead and Florida City areas. Historically, there has been a need for established, successful former farmworkers in the community to serve as mentors. Our mentors are from the same farmworker background and relatable to the Mentees they serve. This unique format avoids a duplication of efforts amongst other programs and has proven to be successful as several former Mentees are now Mentors.
