Advocates PTA

Advocates PTA is a community PTA dedicated to advocating for and supporting all students, families, and school staff across Miami-Dade County. 

We work to bring meaningful programs, resources, and opportunities directly to underserved communities throughout Miami-Dade. Through initiatives such as book drives, author presentations, literacy programs, family engagement activities, high school student scholarships, and advocacy education, we strive to ensure that every child has access to experiences and resources that help them learn, grow, and succeed.

Our mission is rooted in the belief that every student deserves a voice, every family deserves support, and every community deserves an advocate. By partnering with schools, families, community organizations, and local leaders, Advocates PTA works to strengthen communities and create greater opportunities for children and the adults who support them.

With your generous donations, we will be able to continue to put more books in the hands of children in underserved communities, sponsor students to participate in advocacy efforts in Tallahassee, and offer high school scholarships for seniors who are not in schools with PTA programs.
