At Project KEY, Inc., we understand that every individual’s path is unique. Our personalized approach to instruction ensures that each participant not only secures meaningful employment but also maintains it, empowering them to live independently and reach their full potential.

Services We Provide: Pre-Employment Training & Supported Employment

Join us as we help pave the way to your success. We offer comprehensive pre-employment training and supported employment, tailored specifically for individuals with special needs.

Who We Serve: Target Population

We provide services to the following groups:

  • Young Adults 18 and older with a documented disability.
  • Med Waiver or Vocational Rehabilitation Clients
  • High School Students Preparing for Transition into the Workforce


Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be able to communicate at an 8th-grade level.
  • Must have a documented disability, hardship, or special need.


Tailored Tracks to Meet Your Needs

Pre-Employment Track: Building Vocational Skills
 Focused on fundamental skills, this track covers basic workplace communication, soft skills, and the professional behaviors needed to succeed in any work environment.


Supported Employment Track: Extra Support for Success
 A dedicated job coach offers on-the-job training, career development, and job retention support, ensuring that participants gain and maintain paid employment with the tools they need to thrive.


Investing in Impact: Where Our Resources Go

  • Programs (75%): Direct support and resources for participants.
  • Indirect (10%): Infrastructure, operational costs, and staffing.
  • Fundraising (10%): Community-driven support and sustainability efforts.
  • Marketing (5%): Building awareness, forming partnerships, and extending our reach to serve more individuals.
