People About Change, Inc. (P.A.C., Inc.), was founded by Attorney Mark St. Vil in 2019 as a non-profit organization focused on uplifting underprivileged communities in the South Florida area. Our mission centers on creating positive transformations through a variety of impactful initiatives. These include providing scholarships to deserving students, organizing back-to-school drives to equip children for success, hosting holiday events that spread joy, and conducting essential giveaways. These giveaways, which include food and toiletries, have benefitted thousands of displaced residents.
Our work is deeply rooted in the community, and Mark St. Vil is at the heart of this mission. Through his dedicated legal work and active social involvement, he inspires our efforts to foster individual empowerment and strengthen communal support.
