Oya Matamba Inc. was founded in September 2020 with a mission to uplift and empower Black women and youth through Capoeira educational programs, healing-centered events, and transformative life classes. Our vision is to provide Black individuals with Capoeira as a deeply immersive experience—an ancestral technology and a powerful tool for life transformation.
