Oya Matamba was created in 2020 as a resource for black women and youth to access holistic and indigenous practices.  Our vision is to provide Black people with Capoeira Angola as a soul-immersive experience, an ancestral technology, and a tool to transform their lives. We offer Capoeira educational programming, healing centered events, and life transformative classes.
