                                                                                                                                            The rites of passage to adulthood are exceptionally challenging in American societies since there are no systems of adulthood rites to methodically lead and guide the adolescent person through this critical stage in their lifetime.

 Experiencing hard life lessons is not a necessary aspect of living, and can be avoided when a society has a strong foundation. A foundation is set to create confidence in who they are, who they are becoming, and where they come from.

 When we are Reconnected with our high vibrational self, the correlation between our physical self and higher self can be revealed. We can quickly begin to live alongside nature and lead others to incorporate these life skills into their everyday lives and share the knowledge with their community. 

                    Mén Beni Gardening embraces the principles of the 3 R's:

1. ReNewing the body through mindful and thoughtfully curated lessons and activities
2. ReConnecting the mind through intentional teachings centered on natural life
3. ReAwakening the connection to one's higher self. This holistic approach forms the foundation of our mission to promote mental wellness through the therapeutic practice of gardening
