Leading With Love, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls from underserved communities throughout South Florida. Through leadership development, mentorship, and cultural immersion experiences, we provide life-changing opportunities that equip girls with the skills, confidence, and global perspective needed to thrive as future leaders.

Since our founding in 2018, Leading With Love has positively impacted the lives of more than 700 young girls across Miami and beyond. Our programs are designed to inspire confidence, foster leadership, and expose participants to experiences that broaden their horizons and help them realize their full potential.

Throughout the school year, girls participate in our Sisterhood Saturday program, where they engage in leadership development workshops, career exploration activities, STEM experiences, community service projects, college and career-focused field trips, and opportunities to connect with successful women leaders and professionals. These experiences help participants discover new possibilities for their futures while developing critical skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

A unique component of our program is our mentorship program, where our participants are partnered with professional women in our community as well as serve as mentors to fifth-grade elementary school girls. Through monthly mentoring sessions, our girls provide encouragement, support, and guidance while helping younger students build confidence, develop leadership skills, and strengthen their sense of self-worth. This experience also allows our mentors to grow as leaders by learning the value of service, responsibility, and sisterhood.

In 2026, we proudly completed our 5th Cultural Immersion Experience to Lisbon, Portugal, where our Global Love Leaders explored the country's rich history, culture, and educational institutions while gaining valuable exposure to global perspectives. Through guided cultural experiences, historical exploration, and leadership development activities, participants strengthened their communication skills, increased their cultural awareness, and developed a deeper appreciation for diversity and global citizenship. For many, this was their first opportunity to travel internationally, making the experience both transformative and empowering.
