Leading With Love Inc

Leading With Love, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young girls from underserved communities in South Florida. Through leadership development, mentorship, and cultural immersion, we provide life-changing experiences that equip these girls with the skills and confidence needed to thrive as future leaders. 

Since our founding, Leading With Love has positively impacted the lives of more than 675 young girls across Miami and beyond, and we recently completed our 2024 Cultural Immersion experience to Africa. This extraordinary global service trip allowed several young girls from underserved South Florida communities to travel to Tanzania, where they engaged in meaningful service and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) projects, impacting the lives of 300 young girls. 

We were honored to be selected by the Department of State, IREX, and the Mandela Washington Fellows Reciprocal Exchange to lead this project. During the trip, our girls broadened their horizons, developed cultural awareness and empathy, and emerged as compassionate leaders dedicated to improving both their local and international communities. While in Tanzania, we distributed 1,500 female hygiene supplies and led several STEM workshops, inspiring young girls in the region to pursue their dreams.
