La Caza De La Musika

La Caza de la Musika is a nonprofit organization dedicated to discovering, mentoring, and empowering young and talented Latin artists. It was founded in 2024 by Karla Castaneda, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the music and media industries, including artist management, production, and research.

The organization was established in response to the significant barriers that underserved youth—particularly within the Latin community—face in accessing artistic development, industry mentorship, and public platforms to showcase their talents. From its inception, La Caza de la Musika has been committed to bridging this gap by providing emerging artists with the resources, connections, and professional guidance they need to launch sustainable careers.

Through strategic partnerships with local studios, educators, and cultural leaders, the organization has implemented mentorship programs, creative training opportunities, and performance platforms that not only empower youth but also elevate and celebrate Latin culture.

As a young but growing nonprofit, La Caza de la Musika continues to expand its programming and build strong community relationships. It is actively seeking funding and strategic collaborations to scale its impact and support the next generation of Latin artists across South Florida and beyond.
