Gwen Cherry Park provides daily homework assistance, reading programs, computer access and training, social-emotional learning, music education, radio, podcast and social media classes, health and wellness, urban gardening, arts and crafts, life skill training, dance, football, cheerleading, basketball, tennis, swimming,  Summer Camp program and Spring Break program for  inner-city children. 

We are proud of the fact that our dance teams and football teams have won national championships, and our youth have been competitive in robotic and cheerleading competitions. We pride ourselves in mentoring our youth and not only telling them not to do drugs, not to join gangs, and not to commit crimes - but giving them positive programs to "SAY YES" to.
