Since 2012, GRGA, Inc. has been a lifeline for grandparents raising their grandchildren. We understand the unique challenges these families face, and we are committed to being a reliable source of support—whether that means providing everyday essentials like food and supplies, or stepping in with specialized assistance such as service referrals, prom attire, or access to special events.

Our signature programs bring joy, relief, and connection to hundreds of families. These include:

• Back-to-School Backpack Giveaway

• Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaway

• Christmas Toy Giveaway

We also host health fairs, legal and education workshops, and an Intergenerational Fashion Show, creating opportunities for families to learn, celebrate, and thrive together.

Through strong community partnerships, GRGA has been able to meet unique and pressing needs—such as providing eyeglasses, laptops for college-bound youth, health and dental referrals, and clothing for milestone events like prom and graduation. Families have also enjoyed access to local sporting events, youth fairs, and citywide celebrations like Jazz in the Gardens.
