The Spirit of Goodwill Band proves that talent knows no barriers.
Since 1987, this group made up of Goodwill South Florida employees and incredible musicians with disabilities has been uplifting audiences at Goodwill events and throughout our community. Every performance reminds us what is possible when people are given the opportunity to shine.

Mission
For more than 66 years, Goodwill South Florida has been changing lives and helping people achieve greater independence through the power of work. With 95¢ of every dollar earned going directly toward our mission, we employ and train 3,000 people and serve 7,500 South Floridians each year.
As one of Florida’s leading employers of individuals with disabilities and other barriers to work, generosity through Goodwill Giving allows us to reach even more people in our community, through services like the Career and Skills Center and the Adult Day Training program.
At Goodwill South Florida, we believe every individual has the potential to reach great heights. By offering a hand-up, not a handout, we empower people to build independence and fulfill their potential through meaningful employment.
