Golden Foundation Inc

The vision of the Golden Foundation is a world where Black and Brown people can excel in career fields that need more representation, and their success is amplified through direct access to resources, capital, and community.

Our impact areas are Community Outreach, In-Office Representation, and Scholarships.

Community Outreach: We believe in service to a cause bigger than ourselves.  As beacons in our community, the Golden Foundation leads and participates in community service and outreach by partnering with other community-based organizations to serve others and give away our signature “Dental Backpacks.”

In-Office Representation: We believe that representation is of utmost importance in fostering diversity and inclusivity. At The Golden Foundation, Inc., we have made it our mission to create opportunities for underrepresented individuals to explore career pathways in dentistry and other STEM fields. With a specific focus on black and brown students, we host an "Impressions Day" that aims to provide them with a remarkable and positive first encounter with the field.  Through "Impressions Day," we hope to empower these young individuals, showing them the possibilities and potential that lies within dentistry and inspiring them to envision a future where they can contribute to the field.

Scholarships: We believe in creating a bridge between access and action.  Wanting to relieve the financial burden of higher education on historically marginalized students, the Golden Foundation offers scholarships to High School Seniors pursuing Dentistry in higher education.
