GI 305 is a community organization that provides local residents and workers a basic income in order to meet their needs in an increasingly unaffordable MDC.

Through our guaranteed income programs and advocacy, we support local residents and workers in Allapattah, Homestead, Hialeah, Liberty City, Little Haiti, Little Havana, Opa-Locka, Overtown, Westchester and Wynwood amidst:

• Rapid displacement and growth in the cost-of-living
• Financial insecurity and economic inequality
• Housing instability and affordability
• Food insecurity
• Job insecurity and barriers to employment
• Unstable access to transportation
