Through our My Talents app and website, we provide free, professionally developed assessments that measure personality traits, personal values, communication styles, emotional intelligence, cognitive biases, and more. These tools help people uncover their strengths, clarify their goals, and make informed life and career decisions. Our AI-powered conversational guide offers instant, personalized support in areas such as self-awareness, healthy relationships, fulfilling careers, financial freedom, fitness, and social engagement.

Since our founding, more than 500,000 people have used our assessments and resources to gain insights that lead to personal and professional growth.

The Foundation partners with nonprofits, training organizations, schools, and community-based programs to incorporate our assessments and resources into their curricula.
