&amp;lt;span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"&amp;gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/span&amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;lt;span class="fr-mk" style="display: none;"&amp;amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;amp;gt;Established in 2009, The Friends of South Pointe Elementary (FOSPE) is an independent, parent volunteer driven, 501(c)3 nonprofit that raises funds to fill unmet needs at Miami Beach South Pointe Elementary. FOSPE's goal is to make South Pointe Elementary the best school in South Florida - and this begins and ends in the classroom.

Named in honor of our beloved educator of 31 years and recipient of the 2024 Miami Beach Teacher of the Year Award, the Betty Arsenault Teachers Fund is dedicated to providing greater classroom resources to teachers. 100% of the funds raised will go directly into South Pointe Elementary classrooms. Thanks to FOSPE, 5 Classroom Assistants are currently providing support to South Pointe Elementary students. These Classroom Assistants are projected to spend a combined total of over 3,000 hours supporting students during the 2025-2026 school year. The power to make a difference is in our hands. Mission

To support Miami-Dade County Public Schools, faculty, administration, teachers and the City of Miami Beach in order to give every child at South Pointe Elementary the opportunity to excel in a safe, professional, caring and compassionate environment while empowering them with positive learning and interpersonal experiences that will help them succeed in life.
