This Give Miami Day, support Florida Singing Sons—an organization dedicated to fostering the voices of South Florida’s youth and enriching our community through music for 50 remarkable years.
Our young singers receive exceptional music education and perform alongside Miami’s leading arts organizations. In the 2023–2024 season, under the direction of Daniel Bates and Malcolm Rogers, we proudly served as the children’s chorus for Florida Grand Opera’s productions of Il Pagliacci and La Bohème. Last season (2024–2025), we returned to Florida Grand Opera as the children’s chorus in Carmen, and three of our members performed as the three spirits in The Magic Flute. Additionally, we were honored to participate in New World Symphony’s production of Benjamin Britten’s War Requiem, providing world-class collaborative experiences that deepen our choristers’ musical and personal growth.
We are especially proud to be celebrating our 50th anniversary this season—a milestone that reflects decades of commitment to nurturing young musicians in South Florida.
By supporting us on Give Miami Day, you’re investing in our young singers, music educators, administrators, and volunteers who work tirelessly to create a positive impact. Florida Singing Sons goes beyond performances—our mission includes accessible music education, community outreach, and concerts that reach the heart of Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Last year, we awarded thousands of dollars in scholarships and financial aid, ensuring every child has the chance to find their voice, regardless of financial circumstances.
Join us this Give Miami Day to help us continue building a stronger, more vibrant community through the power of music for the next 50 years and beyond!
