Founded in Miami in 2023, F Fentanyl Inc., operating as No More Dead Homies, is a community-driven nonprofit dedicated to preventing overdose deaths, challenging stigma, and connecting individuals to lifesaving resources and recovery support.
Led by people with lived experience, we take overdose prevention beyond traditional settings and directly into the communities where it's needed most. Through free naloxone distribution, practical education, harm reduction outreach, and recovery connections, we empower everyday people to save lives.
With more than 40,000 doses of naloxone distributed, over 4,100 people trained, and more than 155 reported overdose reversals, our impact is measured not only in numbers but in lives given another chance.
We believe people shouldn't have to achieve recovery to deserve survival. Keeping someone alive today gives them the opportunity to build a different tomorrow.
