The Entrepreneur Education & Development Center Inc. (TEEDC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and community uplift. Founded by Irvon C. Plummer, TEEDC has become a driving force in South Florida—building pathways for young people and families to thrive both in school and in life.
Our flagship programs include:
Shop With a Boss – A holiday tradition that has provided over $85,000 in support to children and families, pairing students with CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business leaders who mentor them in budgeting, financial literacy, and making empowered choices.
BeyondCon Young Entrepreneur Conference – A transformational experience where high school and college students connect with real-world entrepreneurs, learn how to launch businesses, and gain mentors in their fields of interest.
NexGenBuilder Entrepreneurial Curriculum – An interactive program taught in schools that equips students with practical skills in business, leadership, and financial management, preparing them for success in the classroom and beyond.
Move & Play Learning Lab – A creative, hands-on enrichment program blending STEM, wellness, and teamwork for elementary students.
TEEDC’s work is grounded in one mission: to break cycles of poverty by giving young people the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to dream bigger, build stronger, and live beyond limitations.
When you give to TEEDC, you are not just donating—you are investing in future entrepreneurs, leaders, and changemakers. Your support fuels scholarships, mentorship, and life-changing experiences for youth and families in underserved communities.
