Empresario Express is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals in transition through accessible, high-impact business education. Our mission is to provide individuals, particularly local entrepreneurs, young adults, and career changers, with the tools, training, and mentorship they need to launch and sustain their businesses successfully. Our proven, practical, community-centered curriculum integrates business fundamentals with digital finance, innovation, and world-class application. The original program, founded in Queens County, New York, in 2013, served over 120 students per year and featured five core modules: business management, financial accounting, corporate finance, international logistics, and analysis of business cycles and performance. These modules enabled understanding global regulations. After operating successfully in New York for seven years, Empresario Express was incorporated as a nonprofit in the state of Florida in 2022. However, due to limited funding, we have not yet been able to replicate our proven impact on Miami. We are in need of your support and funding to make this expansion a reality. Our goal now is to expand operations locally by opening a physical office, hiring essential staff, and launching a scholarship fund that will support underserved individuals in our community. This expansion will bring a wave of positive changes to Miami. With the proper support, we can transform untapped potential into thriving small businesses fueling economic opportunity and long-term stability for our participants and the Miami community.
