Educational Leadership Institute, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit committed to providing engaging educational programs that help participants reach their full potential. We believe it is our duty to bring these programs to the early childhood community, ensuring children have the foundation to succeed. Our core principle is that all children, regardless of their circumstances, can thrive when their challenges are met.

Our mission’s work is to uplift every child facing significant challenges, providing them with a supportive community. We work closely with early childhood educators, offering mentoring, coaching, and workshops to address issues impacting the communities we serve.

Our Children Giving Children Initiative is a unique approach to addressing disparities and fostering collective achievement within a community of learners. At its heart is the Moving with a Purpose program, which integrates literacy, wellness, and arts-based activities to create a nurturing environment for pediatric patients enduring long hospital stays on oncology and organ transplant floors. This program is tailored to meet the diverse needs of these young patients, offering personalized one-on-one and group engagements.

We also introduced a real-time remote art component, allowing pediatric patients to participate both in-person and remotely, expanding accessibility. This is facilitated by youth volunteers, who receive mentorship through our Leadership Mentoring program. This initiative supports volunteers and provides mentorship to our youth, enabling them to lead remote programs for hospitalized children, fostering personal growth while making a meaningful impact.

• $100 covers a coaching session for an early childhood teacher, enhancing classroom quality.
• $250 funds a Superhero Essentials kit for a hospitalized child.
• $1,000 covers two days of our Moving with a Purpose program in a children’s hospital.
• $5,000 provides significant support for our Moving with a Purpose program, ensuring quality educational programming for hospitalized children facing long-term stays.
