WE MAKE QUALITY STEM EDUCATION AVAILABLE TO EVERYONE
We envision all youth with access to a seat at the table in STEM innovation.

WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY

Funds raised on Give Miami Day will help refresh program materials and expand STEM learning in communities that need it most.

When we roll our STEM cart into a community center, kids literally run toward us with pure joy, demanding to know what we're building today. This is what happens when you put world-class science experiences directly in the hands of brilliant young minds.                           




WHY OUR EFFORTS ARE IMPORTANT:

  • 85% of TDP’s services are dedicated to neighborhoods of greatest financial and educational needs.
  • 80% of future careers will require some STEM skills. 
  • 70% of students from underserved populations are not exposed to quality, hands-on STEM teaching and learning at school.
  • 75% never considered a tech or engineering related career as a possibility and find it "boring and too hard".

The Dennis Project is a celebration of the life & legacy of Amelia Dennis, our founder's grandmother. 
As a transformative teacher in Miami-Dade County's inner-city, she emphasized the importance of education and service.

The Dennis Project inspires underserved youth to become the next generation of STEM innovators by bringing accessible, quality programs into the communities where they live, learn and play. We envision all youth with access to a seat at the table in STEM innovation.
